My favorite road bike route is any one I can take from my house in order to sneak in a quick work out (usually around beautiful Wingfield Springs/Vista/Sparks Boulevard). Accomplishing a road bike ride in between work, dinner, life, etc. is a success in my book! For local family rides, I like the Truckee River Bike path – we usually start near Dorostkar Park.
